3 NH, Maine, VT CEUs. Instructor: Shannon Aldrich This course will explore the multiple issues surrounding service animals and other assistance animals in real estate. You will learn about the differentiating the many types of assistance animals, proper handling of reasonable accommodations requests and how to comply with the law. Includes review of the federal Fair Housing Act, Rehabilitation Act Section 504 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Features case studies from HUD and the Department of Justice.
