Thank you for your interest in teaching at the Seacoast Board of Realtors^® (SBR) where we proudly offer a variety of courses at minimal or no cost to our members. In the interest of providing effective, relevant and valuable education, we request that any self-promotion by instructors and sponsors be kept to a 3-5 minute introduction prior to the start of the class and 2 minutes during any breaks.

SBR is committed to maintaining a professional environment that is free from discrimination where members and staff can devote their full attention and best efforts to the activities of SBR. We send this reminder to all instructors, guest speakers and sponsors to ensure compliance with the NH Real Estate Commission, the NAR Code of Ethics, the New Hampshire Commission of Human Rights, and SBR.
