Blueprints & Barriers: What Realtors Need to Know About Local Housing Rules

Wednesday, August 13, 2025 (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM) (EDT)

Description

In this second session of our housing advocacy series, we’ll take a closer look at the local policies that most directly impact housing availability and affordability. From parking minimums to lot size requirements, local land use regulations can either support or stall the creation of needed homes. This workshop will unpack the mechanics of zoning, planning, and permitting—and explore how realtors can advocate for pro-housing reforms in their own communities. Learn how these "Pro-Homes Policies" can open the door to more diverse and attainable housing options in the Seacoast region.
